The HERITAGE NETWORK is dedicated to fortifying Higher Education Cooperation, with a specific focus on research and training, bridging the gap between Europe and India in the expansive field of Engineering Sciences. The network actively promotes academic and research exchanges, fostering high-level educational programs in Engineering, Sciences, Design, and Technology between European and Indian partner institutions. Yearly workshops on scientific and technical subjects of mutual interest serve as a cornerstone for collaborative exploration, facilitating shared knowledge and innovation. Positioned as a key reference for both European and Indian governments, the HERITAGE NETWORK strives to wield influence in shaping internationalization policies for higher education and research cooperation.

The General Assembly, serving as the pivotal decision-making entity for the Heritage Network, plays a crucial role in addressing membership matters, statutes, and conducting elections for the presidency and follow-up committee. Simultaneously, within the framework of the GA, a dynamic scientific workshop meeting is organized. This workshop also brings together proficient researchers with expertise in fields significant to both Europe and India, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.

In parallel with the General Assembly (GA), a high-impact scientific workshop meeting, centered around "Sustainability: Teaching, Research & Innovation," is slated to occur. It aims to gather researchers with specialized knowledge in areas of significance to both Europe and India. Distinguished speaker(s) in the field will contribute valuable insights, adding depth to the collaborative discussions.

The upcoming April 2024 General Assembly is scheduled to convene at IIT Roorkee in India, providing a vibrant platform for shared insights and strategic decision-making within the Heritage Network.
