Meeting between Imperial College London, UK and IIT Roorkee

The delegation from IIT Roorkee visited the Imperial College London to discuss the proposals for students exchange, faculty exchange, joint doctoral degree programs and student mobility.

From IIT Roorkee, Prof P Arumugam (Dean, International Relations), Prof Partha Roy (Dean of Resources & Alumni Affairs), and Dr Ravikant Ranjan (International Relations Office) interacted with the members of the International Relations Office (Imperial College London) Mr Alex Page (Senior International Relations Officer-East Asia), Ms Rosanna Gillespie (International Relations Manager).
Both sides discussed and exchanged Information about international engagements and programs regarding internationalisation of Higher Education. IIT Roorkee proposed for MoU and student exchange program with mobility for both faculty members and students.

IIT-Roorkee delegation apprised about SPARK and internship program, and proposed to sign MoU between partner institutions. Prof Arumugam also proposed to host students under internship program. Both sides concluded the meeting with resolve to continue the collaborations and strengthen it further.
