Griffith University, Australia recently signed MoU with IIT Roorkee for academic cooperations and collaborations. Prof. Paulo de Souza visited IIT Roorkee for a day and interacted with International Relations Office and Prof Sanjay H. Upadhyay.
Prof Paulo is actively involved in developing a sovereign space capability in Australia. He had visited IIT Roorkee earlier also on April 27, 2023 and discussed possibilities of collaborations with different stakeholders. The current visit witnesses the execution of MoU.
Prof Paulo visited the International Relations (IR) Office to have an interaction with Prof V C Srivastava and Dr Ravikant Ranjan, on future roadmap to continue the collaborations. During the meeting, Prof Sanjay Upadhyay & Prof Ankit Agrawal also actively participated. Both sides also discussed possibilities of faculty Exchange Programs, developing joint doctoral degree program, student exchange programs, joint thesis supervision etc.
