A delegation from the Indian Institute Of Technology, Roorkee recently visited the SUTD Singapore University of Technology & Design to foster international collaborations in education and research.
Led by esteemed members including Prof. U.P. Singh (Deputy Director), Prof. Vimal Chandra Srivastava(Dean of International Relations, IIT Roorkee), Prof. Yogesh Sharma (Department of Physics), and Prof. Akanksha Tyagi (Department of Civil Engineering), the team engaged with prominent SUTD delegates like Prof. Rakesh Nagi (Head of Engineering Systems and Design), Prof. Kiat Seng Yeo (Prof. Yeo Kiat Seng, Advisor, Global Partnerships), and Ms. Eunice Tan (Deputy Manager, International Relations Office).
The visit focused on potential joint research, student and faculty exchange programs, and collaborative projects in emerging fields like engineering systems, sustainable design, and cutting-edge technology.
