Prof. Vimal Chandra Srivastava, Dean of International Relations, attended an online meeting on May 20, 2025, alongside Dr. Shantanu Wahal, Consultant for International Cooperation. The meeting brought together representatives from UNU Flores, Germany, including Prof. Sonja Hahn-Tomer, Executive and Liaison Officer; Prof. Daniel Karthe, Head of Research Programme – Resource Nexus for Sustainability Transformations; and Prof. Prashant Kumar, Doctoral Researcher.
The discussions centered on strengthening institutional collaborations through initiatives such as Dual/Joint PhD Programs and Faculty Exchange opportunities. Additionally, participants explored collaborative efforts in the Water-Energy Nexus and the development of a certification program to enhance academic engagement. This partnership seeks to foster interdisciplinary research connections and expand global academic cooperation, establishing a foundation for sustained institutional engagement and knowledge exchange.
