Dr. Naw Lay Wah, from the University of Computer Studies, Mandalay, Myanmar, has officially joined the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) as part of the ASEAN-India Network of Universities: Faculty Exchange Programme (AINU-FEP) for the period from July 21 to September 19, 2025.
Upon her arrival, Dr. Naw Lay Wah visited the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, where she was warmly welcomed by Prof. R. Balasubramanian, Head of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, along with faculty and staff.
As part of her initial engagements, Dr. Naw Lay Wah had a cordial meeting with Prof. Vimal Chandra Srivastava, Dean of International Relations (IR) at IIT Roorkee. The meeting focused on exploring areas of academic and research collaboration and strengthening institutional ties under the ASEAN-India Network of Universities: Faculty Exchange Programme (AINU-FEP).
