The International Relations Office, IIT Roorkee, was pleased to host Prof. Gesine Marquardt, Dean, Faculty of Architecture and Built Environment, TU Dresden, and Chair, Social and Healthcare Building Design, during her visit to IIT Roorkee from 8th to 17th September 2025 under the DAAD Bilateral Exchange Programme 2025.
Prof. Marquardt visited the IR Office along with Prof. Gaurav Raheja, PhD, DAAD Fellow, Professor, Department of Architecture & Planning, IIT Roorkee, and interacted with Prof. Vimal Chandra Srivastava, Dean of International Relations, IIT Roorkee. The discussions centered around strengthening the DAAD-supported collaborative exchange programme and exploring new avenues for joint research, academic cooperation, and faculty/student mobility between TU Dresden and IIT Roorkee.
