IIT Roorkee was delighted to host Prof. Jagannath Sanyal, Faculty and Research Assistant at KEDGE Business School, France. During his visit, Prof. Sanyal delivered an insightful lecture titled “Discover How AI-Powered Netnography Is Changing Everything We Thought We Knew About Marketing, Community, and Culture.” His talk shed light on the evolving role of AI in understanding digital communities and consumer behavior.
Students and research scholars had the wonderful opportunity to interact with Prof. Sanyal, engaging in thought-provoking discussions on how AI and data-driven insights are transforming marketing strategies and shaping modern consumer culture.
Prof. Sanyal also visited the Office of International Relations at IIT Roorkee, accompanied by Prof. Rajat Agarwal, Head of the Department of Management Studies, and Prof. Vimal Kumar, Faculty of Chemical Engineering. The team had a fruitful interaction with Prof. Vimal Chandra Srivastava, Dean of International Relations, exploring possible avenues for collaboration, particularly in the areas of management education, artificial intelligence applications in marketing, joint research, academic exchange programs, and interdisciplinary projects bridging technology and business innovation between IIT Roorkee and KEDGE Business School.
