Dr. Rajkumar Saini, a Senior Lecturer and researcher in Machine Learning at the Embedded Intelligent Systems Laboratory (EISLAB) in the Department of Computer Science, Electrical and Space Engineering at Lulea University of Technology, Sweden, recently visited the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Dr. Saini’s research expertise spans machine learning, computer vision, pattern recognition, human–computer interfaces, and related areas.
During his visit to IIT Roorkee, Dr. Saini met with Prof. Vimal Chandra Srivastava, Dean of International Relations, to engage in discussions aimed at strengthening academic collaboration and exploring potential avenues for research and student exchange between institutions. Conversations focused on identifying shared interests in cutting-edge research, enhancing international cooperation, and fostering stronger institutional linkages between Lulea University of Technology and IIT Roorkee.
