Ambassador Akhilesh Mishra, Additional Secretary, Development Partnership Administration, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Govt. of India delivered the institute lecture on the topic “Emerging India: Role of S&T diplomacy” on March 26, 2021. Mr. Akhilesh had a meeting with the Director and IR Office officials which was hosted by Prof. Shri Ram Yadav along with Prof. Anil Kumar Gourishetty.
