On October 15, 2024, Prof. Andrei Andreyev, faculty at the School of Physics, Engineering & Technology at the University of York, United Kingdom visited the International Relations Office at IIT Roorkee. He was accompanied by Prof. Arumugam Paramsivan and Prof. Praveen C. Srivastava from the Department of Physics, IIT Roorkee.
During the visit, they had an engaging discussion with Prof. Vimal Chandra Srivastava (Dean IR), exploring opportunities for future collaborations between the two institutions. The discussions highlighted the mutual interest in establishing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize the partnership. Key areas of focus include academic exchanges, joint research projects, and other initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and academic growth.
