The international relations office hosted and moderated the virtual meeting in hybrid mode between IIT Roorkee faculty members and representatives of the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) on Jan 18, 2023.
The faculty members from Dept of Physics & Department of ECE visited the IR Office and interacted with the representative of NYCU via video conference. This meeting was in continuation of the visit of the IR office to NYCU, Taiwan in 2022.
Prof U.P. Singh (Deputy Director, IIT Roorkee) welcomed all the participants, followed by a discussion from both sides.
The attendees from NYCU were Prof. Tian-Li Wu (Associate Dean, ICST ), Prof. Yen-Cheng Kuan (Associate Professor, ICST), Prof. Chin-Han Chung (Head, Division of Strategic Planning) and Ms Yi-Ting Lin (International Relations Project Manager).

The meeting was successful and the academicians from both sides conveyed their wish to collaborate on various research topics and strengthen the bilateral ties.
