We had the distinct pleasure of hosting Professor Rakesh Joshi from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney at the International Relations Office, IIT Roorkee. During his visit, Prof. Joshi engaged in fruitful discussions with Prof. Vimal Chandra Srivastava, Dean of International Relations.
The primary agenda of our meeting was to explore potential collaboration avenues between our two esteemed institutions. Our discussions centered on the immense possibilities and benefits such partnerships could bring our institutions.
Prof. Joshi is currently visiting the Department of Chemical Engineering as a Vaishvik Bharatiya Vaigyanik (VAIBHAV) Fellow and is being hosted by Prof. K.K. Pant, Director, IIT Roorkee.
We extend our gratitude to Prof. Joshi for providing a platform to discuss and initiate this collaboration. We are excited about the possibilities this partnership with UNSW Sydney will bring and look forward to greater collaboration.
