Steps to be followed for execution of an MoU with any foreign university
- The concerned IITR faculty member (Champion of the MoU) introduces the IR office to their foreign collaborator by writing an email to dean.ir@iitr.ac.in highlighting the ongoing collaboration and intent of signing an agreement.
- The foreign faculty member then connects the IR office with their International Relations office (or similar office), mentioning the ongoing collaboration and the intent to sign an agreement.
- Members of both IR offices engage to take the process forward.
Note: An existing MoU/ Agreement can be accessed by logging into IR portal through IR Portal and clicking on MoUs tab on the left followed by List of MoUs.
